What we will talk about: 

Project Open Arms is partnering with Project Rousseau to provide an overview of the rights of migrant youth and families who reside in New York City under the relevant bodies of law. The Special Education Office will also introduce special education services and resources for your child with a disability. New York City Public Schools (NYCPS) do not track immigration, migrant, or asylum status.
